The Mikropoint J Series Bridge is a complete, low cost, turn key solution for unlicensed wireless networking. It is built on top of a low cost, high performance single board computer (SBC) based  with 680MHz embedded processor. It incorporates radio modules operating on 5.1 or 5.8 GHz bands and supporting the 802.11a standard, a unique set of telemetry solutions for almost any environment, and is the most rugged solution available on the market today. The modularity of the radio elements of the Mikropoint allows it to be field upgradeable to future technologies such as WIMAX (802.16) when they become available.
