Has the RMA process any
additional cost for the customer?
If the
product is covered by the guarantee period and always referred to the Terms and Agremments agreed before the
purchase, the customer will only pay the shipping cost from his/her office
to Landatel. I the reason of the failure is out of the Terms
decribed in the Agreement, the customer will also pay the shipment of the
return.
Otherwise,
if during the technical checking we detect the system
works fine or if the reason of the malfunction is due to a bad operation
or configuration, we will charge the mount of 40 Euros + Taxes
(1 hour fee) to be paid before to return
the equipment.
In the case of electronic
devices returned, with the open box or unsealed, by reasons different
to malfuntcion or failure, Landatel will charge a 10% in concept
of product checking fee.

If I need to give any product
back, how should I do it?
If you need to give us back
any product, you can do it if it has passed no more than 7 days since you bought
it. First you should send us the materials. Once we receive it and it is
reviewed we will send the funds back to your account.
In the case
of electronic products, received with the box open or unsealed, Landatel will charge a fee equivalent to
the 10% of the paid price as product checking fee.

Which is the RMAs procedure
and how long it usually takes?
If the reason of the appliance is that the product
was broken when it arrived to you, then you should apply for an RMA sending an
email to rma@landatel.com explaining the
problem you realized about, its serial number and the invoice number.
You will receive a questionnaire through email. You
should fill it in, in order to arrange the RMA. Once we have checked it, if the
product was broken you will have the right to have the product fixed for free if
it is in guarantee period.
About the estimated timing , sometimes it does not
depends on Landatel but on the manufacturer when we send them the products to be
checked. In case we manage to do it, it takes around three or four weeks.

How is
the RMA process?
To apply for a RMA you have to enter www.landashop.com with your login and
password and look for the order that includes the product you need the RMA for
your orders record file. You will be able to find it at your orders record file.
Then please click on the
order number and the link that appear next to each product. This link will drive
you to a questionnaire that you will have to fill in to obtain an RMA number.
In a few time you will receive an e-mail from our RMA department and you
will be authorized to send us the product.
You will have to pay for
the shipment costs but if our technicians confirm the product was broken, Landatel will proceed to repair it and
the product will be returned with no shipping costs for the customer.
